He slotted the card in, pressed the power button, and waited. The PC groaned to life, but the screen was a mess of jagged icons and "Standard VGA Graphics Adapter" insults. The resolution was so low he could practically count the pixels on his cursor.

"I need the drivers," he muttered, opening a browser tab that took three minutes to load.
