Monica, O My Darling ✯

If you love neo-noir with a wicked sense of humor, Monica, O My Darling is a must-watch. It may not be perfect, but it is easily one of the most unique and stylish Hindi films in recent years.

The story follows Jayant "Jay" Arkhedkar ( Rajkummar Rao ), a brilliant robotics engineer who has clawed his way from a humble background to become a top executive at Unicorn Robotics. He’s engaged to the CEO’s daughter, but his life spirals when Monica ( Huma Qureshi ), the company’s "saucy" secretary, claims she is pregnant with his child.

The script is packed with meta-jokes and pop-culture references, though some viewers might find the "over-complexity" of the second half a bit much. The Downsides
