I just finished , and it’s a massive upgrade for any fan of Kentaro Miura’s masterpiece. Originally released as a movie trilogy, this recut TV edition adds so much heart back into the story. Why you should watch it:

New tracks by Susumu Hirasawa and Shiro Sagisu, plus a beautiful ending theme, "Wish," by Mika Nakashima.

They’ve reworked a lot of the older CGI and character models—Casca and Guts actually look like themselves now.
